1. Digital Goods

All items sold on SpeelpraatSMP are digital goods delivered instantly in-game.

2. Refund Eligibility

Because purchases are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate charges or failed delivery.

3. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback may result in an immediate and permanent ban from the server.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through our Discord with your transaction details within 14 days of purchase.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
